Arusha Modern Schools is a boarding and day primary and secondary school which was founded in 1999 with two campuses, the primary campus being in Sakina and the Secondary in Kisongo. The Secondary campus was shifted from Kisongo to Njiro in 2013. The School is situated in an environment that is very conducive for academic excellence. The school follows both the local national curriculum examinable by the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) and the International Curriculum examinable by the University of Cambridge. Through this the school rescues that section of society which seeks quality education otherwise only available in the expensive International Schools.
The school has an outstanding record in good performance and ranks among the best schools in the region. More than 90% of our students go to universities both local and international. Arusha Modern School has very qualified and competent staff who lead the learners to be the best in everything they do. The school has a well equipped laboratory to enable students to perform very well in the science subjects. The library is stocked to capacity with all the books students will ever require. To further enhance students’ performance, there is a computer lab with internet services for research. The school has spacious sports grounds and plenty of playing facilities.
